This publication is in a "pdf" (Adobe Acrobat) file format, and 42 pages long – much too long for me to html-code it. So, this is my first foray into posting a "pdf" (Adobe Acrobat) file!

To open any PDF file, you have to have an Adobe Acrobat program on your computer. If you don't have that program, you can download a FREE version HERE. The free program will allow you to open, read and print the file, or copy the entire file to your computer. However, you have to have a PURCHASED version of Adobe Acrobat 6.0 to "SELECT" and copy specific text from a pdf file.
