FROM CHAS: According to this article, "There were no deaths associated with substance abuse, the use of choke holds, or other restraint positions." I find this incredibly difficult to believe. But, even though restraint-related deaths are not discussed in this article, I decided to post it ... to make my library as "complete" as it can be.
