Neuman and Vilke's 2001 Fee Schedules were included within the materials I received to review for
Stetter vs. Village of Hanover Park, et al. US District Court,
Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division; CAUSE NO. 99 C 7084
in February, 2003.
To be perfectly honest and "up front" (in addition to providing a comparison),
here is MY Expert Witness "Fee Schedule":
When "COMPARING" the above Expert Witness Fee Schedules, however;
Plz keep in mind that MY "Net Income" for 2003 (the money I "took home" after paying business expenses and income taxes) was $19,906.00.
Although I am not privy to Neuman, Vilke, or Chan's 2003 Tax Returns ... somehow, I strongly suspect that each of them enjoyed a 2003 Net Income of FAR MORE than Twenty Thousand Dollars that year!
